About: Circles of Hope are safe places where survivors are invited to find common ground with each other. Supported by a skilled facilitator, the psycho-educational group will look at the ways our lives have been shaped not only by our trauma, but by our struggle, strength and resilience. Through conversation, writing and creative expression, we will consider how the dark, dormant or chaotic periods in our lives can give way to growth, new life and healthy connections with others.
Each 5-session virtual Circle is a safe place where survivors are invited to find common ground with each other. Our next Circles of Hope series will be starting February 23, 2023. Supported by a trained facilitator, we will virtually connect to talk about relationships. This will include love-relationships, as well as friendships, and supportive family relationships. We will review what has worked for us in relationships, what has not, and tools and methods we might use to enhance the relationships in our lives. This event must meet minimum enrollment by Monday, February 20th in order to run. Please click the link below to register,
